Altar’d Space

You get to build your perfect space for reading and writing. What’s it like?

If I get to build my perfect space to read and write it would be a cozy nook full of big floor pillows, massive natural lighting, a humidifier because hello, NY apartments, and angel skin opal wallpaper touching every wall. There would be soundproof walls and worship music beaming from insulated speakers throughout the space.

I’ll call it “altar’d space.” So, that where I write and read can also be a ready altar for the Lord to pour into me and prune whatever I’d not like Him out of me. That my words may be sweet to the soul as honey and piercing to the heart for reconciliation to Christ. This space can also be used for other Christian writers and even a Bible study to invite those who may be curious about God because we aren’t gatekeepers when it comes to salvation!

Basically, the space won’t be so much about solely me but how God can use me to draw people closer to Him. First one being me because if I’m not trying to cultivate my relationship with Christ, I can’t dare try to influence anyone else on how important His friendship would be for their lives. However, I realize even as I type this that’s God has given me a new heart that I can give as an altar as well. So, I don’t have to wait on a dedicated physical space to share the sweetness of Jesus. I get to open this app and type the many reasons why Jesus is good as much as I want and so here I am doing just that. For more reads about this great Jesus or id you desire to follow faith based content be sure to follow my blog. Be blessed my fellow readers and writers!
