Hi guys and welcome back to day three of our gratitude journaling! In today’s post, I’ll be expressing my gratitude on a special experience I had during worship service. So, third Sunday’s are normally our baptismal Sundays. This month we had twenty candidates declaring their faith aloud and what a joyous occasion it was to witness.

The Spirit of God was so heavy in that space so much so that children were baptized in the Holy Spirit and moving in His power to pray and prophesy! What makes me even more grateful was that I was blessed to be prayed for by one of the children. She so humbly walked towards me and asked if she could pray for me to which I said, “yes.” As I bowed my head to hear her prayers clearer, her words, so fervently, pierced through my heart. She prayed for miracles to follow me and my husband, our marriage, and our future children. Overwhelmed in thankfulness I sat in a spiritual stupor completely stunned at how God moved in such a powerful and yet intimate way. Because His people were all on one accord, Holy Spirit had free rein to move and have His Way. This isn’t my first experience seeing children move by God’s power but it never ceases to amaze me! I’m so very grateful for being able to witness and understand a mighty move of God in this way. Thank You, Lord for still speaking, moving, and revealing Yourself no matter the age!
