Greetings Rose Buddy!

You know what today is, right?! This is the day that we take special time to show immense gratitude to the women who have sacrificed their wombs, time, bodies, and entire being to be there for us. As we celebrate and acknowledge all of the women who have had a hand in our upbringing and development, we also acknowledge those that are struggling during this holiday.

There are moms who have lost children as well as children who have lost their mother. Even those who have never met their biological mom can be facing a frustrating and saddened time while others are posting heartfelt social media pictures with an even warmer caption. Yes, this can be both a beautiful and bitter holiday for many. However, as believers we have a hidden jewel to help us through every hardship we may face. What is that jewel? If you guessed our faith in Christ, then BINGO! Jesus secures us in so many ways in that whatever insecurity we may feel of not having our mothers or children here His Love, Joy, and Immeasurable Peace can fill in those cracks of sorrow and grief.
